The Cider House BBQ & Pub focuses on using fresh local products to provide a taste of the South up North. Besides the BBQ fare featured at the restaurant, Chef Tara Tracy introduces diners to an assortment of southern style dishes like southern chicken fried steak and blackened catfish along with the staples of the South: okra, collard greens, hush puppies, and fried green tomatoes.

As the name implies, Cider House BBQ & Pub also features a variety of Vermont made apple ciders and hard ciders to sample with your food, or while sitting at the full service bar or while relaxing in the lounge by the fireplace. For those who prefer something a bit stronger, the Cider House provides an array of refreshing Southern cocktails like a mint julep, a dapper apple or a New Orleans hurricane if you are looking for something unique.

Cider House BBQ & Pub is open for dinner every day, for lunch Wednesday through Saturday, and for brunch on Sunday.
